Coaching when you need it
Leadership problems are complex, and having a coach in your corner to listen and synthesize your ideas back to you, ask challenging questions, practice challenging conversations with you, give you feedback, and celebrate your successes can mean the difference in surviving and thriving in your job. 247 leadership offers the gamut from “just in time” text-based coaching when you need it, all the way to regular in-depth one-on-one coaching relationships over several months.
Learning to do, not just to know
The internet has an answer for almost everything. We can find out almost any fact in a matter of seconds. We can even watch someone on YouTube perform a skill we can emulate. Deep learning, the kind required by knowledge workers in today’s complex business environment requires more than a definition, a video, or a series of questions. 247 Leadership provides you with these things (Content) but it also pushes you to think critically about the content, practice it with others, demonstrate competence and get feedback from observers, problem-solve, and reflect on the learning experience.
Connecting with peers and mentors
With more and more professionals working remotely, connecting with others who share your passion for growth and leadership is not always easy. 247 Leadership offers opportunities to connect with others from your industry or job role in many different settings. You can mentor, be mentored, or just share experiences and accountability with colleagues in our synchronous learning sessions, practice sessions, group coaching, mindfulness meditation, and virtual co-working.
Coaches are careful listeners and can sift through a lot of information and emotion to synthesize them back to you in useful ways. Often when you hear your ideas repeated, you make connections that lead to creative action.
Do you want to ask for a raise? Fire an employee who has not met the standards? Coaches will practice difficult conversations with you to help you find the appropriate language and have confidence.
Coaches ask challenging questions. You have the right answers, you just may not be asking the right questions. Coaches ask questions that help you see the solutions you are uniquely capable of developing.
Coaches celebrate your wins with you. Leadership can be a lonely role. Many times, our greatest successes can't be shared widely. In the safety of a coaching session, you are free to celebrate your growth and success.
Our rapidly changing global business environment demands more engagement from the whole person - not just 9-5, but 24-7.
The last few years have taught us that the workplace and work hours are fluid and changeable, and new definitions of work, engagement, presence and success are needed. Research shows us that coaching (purposeful developmental relationships and conversations) is uniquely positioned to meet the challenge of the future.
24/7 Leadership is a community with the resources you need to be your best self:
"As a leader, I know how important it is to have healthy self-care habits. I set a goal to incorporate a habit of more physical activity into my day. Nina helped me set a realistic goal by starting out small, 5-10 minutes a day. This was a practical approach and easy to maintain. I recommend text-based coaching for busy people."
"Coaching has helped me open the doors I wanted to open when I started my education.
It is not the coach, but the discoveries I make inside myself during those sessions that help me identify where I am, where I want to be, and what I am missing to fill in the gap!"
"I was coached in the goal of rest. I was aiming to integrate rhythms of rest in my life and the periodic text-based check-ins and encouragement from my coach were extremely helpful. The initial meeting with my coach caused me to ask reflective questions that led to changes I implemented throughout the process."
